PEL Labs is looking for an environmental laboratory analyst to add to our rapidly growing firm.  We are seeking an analyst ideally with experience in both flame AA lead paint analysis and PLM asbestos analysis, but will consider candidates with experience in one or the other who are willing to be cross-trained.  Applicants must possess a minimum of 1-year of experience in lead paint analysis and/or PLM asbestos analysis in order to be considered.  Primary duty will be as analyst in asbestos/lead, but will also be expected to assist with other general laboratory  functions including sample accessioning, recordkeeping, supply ordering, phones, light janitorial, etc.  Position is full time.  Business hours are 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday, but there is some flexibility to work an earlier/later shift.  Required weekend work is possible, although extremely rare.
