What You'll Do:

What You'll Do:
- Perform mitigation, cleaning, demolition, and debris removal per job scope.
- Maintain productivity and professionalism on all job sites.
- Take, complete, and upload accurate photos and documentation in MICA/Albi.
- Move, protect, and handle contents as required.
- Load and unload trucks with equipment, materials, and debris.
- Identify and report job complications or safety concerns promptly.
- Keep job sites, trucks, and equipment clean, organized, and serviceable.
- Complete daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues.
- Assist with shop, warehouse, and team support tasks as needed.
- Follow all safety and PPE guidelines, company procedures, and supervisor direction.
What We're Looking For:
- Prior experience in mitigation, restoration, construction, or related field preferred.
- Willingness to work varying schedules, including overtime and emergency response.
- IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT, etc.) preferred or willingness to obtain.
- Ability to safely operate tool, equipment, and company vehicles.
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, physically demanding environments.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Physical & Work Requirements:
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 50+ lbs regularly.
- Ability to stand, walk, kneel, bend, climb, and work for extended periods.
- Ability to work in confined spaces and varying environmental conditions.
- Ability to wear PPE, including respirators and protective clothing.
- Exposure to dust, debris, noise, moisture, and temperature fluctuations.

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
